OUR RETURN POLICY:

All GERI GABI® products are made to order, which means they are specially crafted for our Collectors. We accept unopened packages within 10 days after shipment is received. Your payment will be returned to its original form.

We request that all returns be taken to your nearest UPS and please note that any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All custom and personalized Toppers and Bases are Final Sale and are not returnable.  

Exchanges are not guaranteed as product is hand crafted, therefore your desired exchange may not be available. We are more than happy to work with you to create the best possible solution!

SHIPPING:

Standard shipping & handling is free. For expedited shipping on all regular orders, additional fees will apply. Additional fee for Hawaii, Alaska and any orders outside of the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS:

GERI GABI ® partners with Zonos to provide access for our international Collectors. The proper fees are collected as orders are processed and pre-paid. Our Collectors are to be assured they are not incurring additional fees when your package arrives. 

All International orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Shipping on international orders will be determined at check out. Free standard shipping is only for Domestic U.S. orders.
